Building Primary Health Care Research Capacity in Manitoba

In November we brought together brought together the primary health care research community and key stakeholders in Manitoba. The group began to identify actions to build and strengthen primary care and primary health care research capacity in Manitoba, including next steps and identifying supports needed to sustain and further research activities and connections.

November was just the beginning. On March 31 MPN will be hosting the first of four discussions on building primary health care research capacity in Manitoba. Everyone who has received health care in Manitoba is welcome to join the one hour online discussion.

The first meeting will discuss the first phase of implementation of the recommendations made by the patients/community partners, researchers, clinicians, and policy- makers that attended the November 2019 Building Primary Health Care Research Capacity in Manitoba workshop.
